Next Housing requires oxmysql for database management and ox_inventory for inventory handling. Designed to be smooth and frictionless, it allows RP servers to provide an immersive and customizable experience while remaining simple to install and maintain.

Contract statuses are tracked in real time: pending, active, completed, canceled, or expired.
Centralized Agency Treasury
A company-level financial management system is now available for real estate agencies.All income from sales and rentals is automatically centralized, offering clear statistics tracking, withdrawal options, and unpaid rent detection for proactive management.
An Open and Autonomous Player-to-Player Market
The Player-to-Player (P2P) system opens the real estate market to all players through a dedicated interface.Players can list their properties for sale or rent, browse available offers, and manage transactions independently.
Deals take place directly between owners and buyers or tenants, with clear tracking of offers and contracts, signed in-game to ensure smooth and realistic transactions.
This system removes the agency’s monopoly and creates a living real estate market, where private properties naturally evolve through player-driven decisions.
